Whether you’re a weekend warrior competing on the football pitch, a woman in pursuit of a red carpet body, or a parent trying to keep up with your kids, this programme will improve your performance. Your muscles will be stronger, leaner and more flexible, but more importantly you will transform your body shape.

Based on training methods used by some of the world’s best athletes (including circuits, weights and kettlebells) the Sculpt and Condition Programme is one of the most time efficient and effective workouts on the market today.

SCULPT
AND CONDITION

Whether you’re in training for a marathon, doing a 10k charity run, or someone who simply wants to learn to love running, a well planned training programme is a must. Distance running is a challenge for all people but is one of the most rewarding achievements when mastered.

The primary role of a coach in assisting an individual with endurance training is injury prevention. Long-distance running is no different, requiring a delicate balance of training volume, intensity and recovery.
During our training sessions we will focus on building the strength that you need for this level of endurance event. You will also receive nutritional advice and a fully customised running plan to follow.

RUNNING

The Specialist Needs Programme is specifically designed to meet the requirements of clients with chronic conditions. It may be due to injury, illness, or disability but necessitates a specialist approach.
Appropriate exercise improves the health of all people. Whether unwell, injured or disabled, keeping active can help reduce, manage or even reverse the effects of impairment. If not, a vicious cycle can occur where inactivity leads to weight-gain, cardiovascular disease, and an increase in pain.
I am equipped to conduct the pre-exercise screening, assessment and research necessary to write safe, effective and progressive training programmes for people with chronic conditions. I am also proud to be able to help create a more inclusive society.

SPECIALIST NEEDS

According to experts on aging, rest is precisely what aging people do not need! Starting in middle age people begin to lose muscle, bone, and aerobic capacity whilst at the same time getting fatter. Their risk of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and osteoporosis climbs. They are heading for the “disability zone” fast.

We all want to maintain our health and vitality as we get older. The Senior Adults Programme reintroduces clients to a comprehensive training programme that focuses on maintaining strength, flexibility, and a healthy weight – all that’s needed to age gracefully.
